Returns
Purchases made from our website, www.solbello.com, are eligible for return for a full refund as follows:
30-Day Worry-Free Returns - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Solbello.com Purchases Only - Purchases made from a retail location or Amazon.com are subject to the retail location or Amazon.com return policies and Solbello Shade can not accept returns for Products purchased from retail locations or Amazon.com. Please refer to retailers or Amazon.com for their up-to-date return policies.
How to Return an Item
Return Authorization - Please contact us at help@solbello.com Have your original order number on hand so we can retrieve your order details. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Original Packaging - Item must be returned in its original shipment packaging and include all accessories.
Return Label - Please affix the new return label on top of the original shipping label. Be sure to write your RA number on the label for faster processing.
Damaged Returns - Up to a 30% restocking fee will be assessed if products are damaged or are missing accessories. Returner is responsible for all shipping damages due to improper return packaging.
International Support - If you purchased from Solbello.com and reside outside the contiguous United States or Australia, you are responsible for all shipping costs to the applicable Solbello service center. Service center locations are determined by region and may include North Carolina (USA) or Sydney (Australia).
Unauthorized Returns - Solbello will not accept returns without an RA number and you will be charged the shipping cost of the item back to you. Solbello is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged without following our return process.
REFUNDS
Return Approval Process - Once your return is received, our warehouse will inspect the product based on the requirements above and approve the refund.
Processing Refunds - A credit will be applied to your original payment method immediately upon approval. Please contact your payment method provider for any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded
Solbello Inc. Limited Warranty
Effective Date: June 10, 2024
Warranty Period: 2 Years
Coverage:
Solbello Inc. ("Solbello") provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase when bought directly from our website, an authorized retailer, or Amazon.com. Proof of purchase with date is required for warranty claims.
What's Covered:
During the Warranty Period, if defects arise under normal use, we will replace a defective canopy or part(s) free of charge. This includes canopies with large rips or frayed ends, and broken frames or parts. Replacements will be based on available stock.
Limited Edition or Discontinued Products:
While we aim to replace limited edition or discontinued Products, availability cannot be guaranteed. If a replacement is necessary, a similar or equivalent model or color will be provided.
Changes to Products:
Solbello reserves the right to make changes to Products and designs. Replacements may or may not incorporate these changes.
How to Claim:
Contact our Customer Service Department during the Warranty Period to initiate a replacement. Call 866-962-3224 or email help@solbello.com.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party accessories, commercial use, misuse, normal wear and tear, or external causes beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
Our liability is limited to the terms stated herein. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
Territorial Limitation:
This warranty is valid only in the United States. No Solbello reseller or agent can modify this warranty.
