SHIPPING REGIONS
United States (Free Shipping)
We offer free ground shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
Australia (Free Shipping)
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within Australia. Orders ship from Sydney.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and carrier availability. Rates reflect the lowest available carrier pricing, with little or no markup.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and Australia.
ORDER PROCESSING
Order Cut-Off Times
United States: Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Australia: Orders placed by 12:00 PM Australian Eastern Time (AET) are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders may be held if shipping address verification fails or if billing information is flagged by our fraud prevention systems. Solbello is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Solbello reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any shipment.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Multiple orders cannot be combined.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted to our warehouse.
Orders are submitted to our warehouse daily at 12:00 PM local fulfillment time.
If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests submitted after warehouse processing may be subject to an intercept or rerouting fee.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Solbello is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
If you believe your order was damaged during transit, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us at help@solbello.com. Do not remove items from the packaging.
We may request photos of the damaged packaging or product in order to file an insurance claim. Once approved, a replacement product will be sent. All damage or missing item claims must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.
PRODUCT DEFECT CLAIMS
If you believe your product is defective, please contact help@solbello.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if the defect is confirmed.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Canceling an Order
To request cancellation, immediately reply to your order confirmation email. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
Modifying an Order
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please ensure all address, payment, and product details (including color and style) are correct before completing checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an order cannot be fulfilled, it will be canceled within 1–4 business days and any payment authorization will be released. Refund timing depends on your financial institution.
If one or more items in an order are out of stock, available items may ship separately, and your order total will be adjusted accordingly. You will be notified via email after shipment. Substitutions are not available.
