I bought a Solbello in 2024. Shortly after using it a couple of times the screw that enables the handle for twisting the pole into the sand disappeared. I finally got around to contacting the company this past spring thinking I'd need a whole new Solbello. My email inquiry was answered within one hour and followed up with a phone call. A couple of exchanges of photos and information and I was sent a new screw (and a couple of surprise treats) to fix the handle. Super easy to fix. All is well and I look forward to beach time this summer. Thank you for THE BEST customer service!
