One of the two I ordered did not have the part that holds the mechanism up. CS sent a replacement top piece to make it right.
Love my new Solbello. So easy to set up myself and provides great shade so beach days are more enjoyable. Light weight and easy to carry. I purchased the quieter fabric and so worth it!! Enjoy!!
bought my first sunshade a couple of years ago. Over the holiday weekend a family member lost one of the bolts. To my surprise and delight, even over the holiday weekend. customer service immediately responded and provided three options to solve my problem. Unbelievable! so pleased great product, fully backed and responsive customer service.
Bought our two SolBello’s last year (2024) and used them all summer. Now using them again this summer and they are still…WONDERFUL! So easy to transport, set up and break down. They provide excellent shade and sun protection. Can’t say enough about how satisfied we are with our SolBellos!
Previously commented on how the shade works well, but we had some issues with some fraying on the corner of the sail. Received a quick response from Sobello apologizing for the issue and offered to replace the sail with the updated version free of charge! Very much appreciated the quick response and support regarding our issue. Will continue to be a returning customer as this sun shield works as advertised.
